Job Summary

Join a leading provider of sustainable energy storage solutions dedicated to securing continuous power supply for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure. This role involves comprehensive management of large-scale energy storage system installations, overseeing the entire process from site establishment to final handover. Day-to-day tasks include planning, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and managing all project stakeholders on-site. A critical component is managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance, including preparing risk assessments and accident prevention documents. The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification (Electrician, Mechatronics, or equivalent) supplemented by a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Electrical Engineering degree, and possesses practical experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems. The position offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the energy transition, featuring a company car for private use, flexible working options, and 30+ days of annual leave, though it requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, supplemented by a further qualification (Master Craftsman/Meister, Technician) or an Electrical Engineering degree.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience following initial training (Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician)
  • Practical experience in construction site management, ideally with a focus on plant construction
  • Knowledge of handling medium-voltage systems
