Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician specializing in Voice Alarm Systems (SAA) to join a security and telecommunications technology leader. The core responsibilities involve the independent mounting, programming, and commissioning of new SAA, alongside comprehensive maintenance, fault resolution, and meticulous technical documentation of existing systems. A key aspect is ensuring compliance by performing measurements and tests according to strict standards like DIN VDE, EN 54, and DIN 14675. The ideal candidate holds vocational training in Electrical Engineering or ICT and brings multi-year experience in SAA service. You must be structured, solution-oriented, and possess strong customer communication skills, backed by fluent German (C1).
