Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Field Service Technician specializing in security technology, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of commercial clients. The core duties involve the independent installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern security systems, including fire alarm systems (BMA), intrusion detection systems (EMA), video surveillance, and access control (ZuKo). The technician will conduct essential measurements and tests according to relevant standards (e.g., DIN VDE, EN 54) and maintain meticulous technical documentation for all projects. This position requires proactive customer communication, instruction, and participation in an on-call duty rotation. The ideal candidate holds a professional qualification in electrical engineering or a related field, possesses multi-year experience in security or IT systems technology, and has a strong understanding of relevant industry norms.
