A crucial aspect of the job involves rigorous cost control, requiring the creation and analysis of regular target-actual comparisons of costs and services, alongside the conscientious verification of subcontractor invoices. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, possesses relevant professional experience, and is proficient in specialized billing software, ideally RIB iTWO.
