Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Sales Manager to actively drive the expansion of the ITK (Information Technology and Communication) solutions business, primarily targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive customer acquisition, providing expert consultation, and presenting tailored concepts for modern solutions such as IP telephony, cloud services, and collaboration systems. A key strategic element involves integrating security and fire alarm technology into comprehensive communication packages. The manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact through to successful contract closure, and conduct continuous market analysis. Candidates must possess a completed commercial education (e.g., IT System Sales Specialist) or equivalent, coupled with several years of technical sales experience, ideally within the ITK sector. Familiarity with current systems like Mitel, Unify, and Starface, strong negotiation skills, and technical understanding are essential. The position offers significant freedom to shape the growth of the ITK division, includes a company car (for private use), flexible mobile working options, and an attractive compensation package.
