Job Summary

This role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial and industrial clients, contributing actively to the energy transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising installations from site setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (HSE). The Construction Manager will regularly align with project stakeholders, manage system acceptance and handover, and support service partners during maintenance. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering qualification (Electrician, Mechatronics, or equivalent degree/Master/Technician) with professional experience in site management, ideally within plant construction. Practical experience with medium-voltage systems and a passion for renewable energy are essential. This position requires very good German and good English skills, along with extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region.
