Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Service Technician specializing in Fire Alarm (BMA) and Voice Alarm Systems (SAA) to join a leading security and telecommunications technology group. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of these critical safety systems, including installation, programming, commissioning, and meticulous maintenance. You will be responsible for fault resolution, thorough documentation (e.g., wiring diagrams), and conducting mandatory tests according to standards like DIN VDE and DIN 14675. A crucial part of the job is direct customer interaction, providing on-site instruction and training, and participating in the required on-call duty schedule. The ideal candidate holds vocational training in Electrical Engineering and possesses several years of hands-on experience with BMA/SAA.
