The manager will lead and coordinate Project Managers and Electricians, taking full responsibility for photovoltaic construction, electrical preparatory work for heat pumps, and customer service operations. A key focus is optimizing operational processes for seamless project execution and managing structured stakeholder relationships, including coordination with grid operators and internal departments. The ideal candidate possesses an electrical engineering background, holds a Master Craftsman (or equivalent) qualification, and brings extensive experience in construction and initial leadership.
