Job Summary

The Vereinigte Volksbank eG, a cooperative bank focused on sustainability and employee development, is seeking a dedicated Process Manager to optimize operational structures and workflows. This pivotal role involves taking responsibility for core business processes utilized daily by both employees and customers, ensuring results directly impact the entire organization. Day-to-day tasks include consulting staff on organizational flow, designing and documenting business processes, conducting process analyses and optimizations, and conceptualizing and maintaining a bank-wide process model, including IT interfaces. The manager will prepare and moderate optimization workshops and support the implementation of critical regulatory requirements, such as MaRisk and DORA, within processes. Candidates must hold a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field, coupled with several years of professional experience in process management or organization within a banking environment. Expertise in methodologies like BPMN and Lean approaches, strong analytical capabilities, and high IT affinity are essential to drive digitalization and organizational change.
