Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Development Engineer specializing in High-Frequency (RF) Test and Measurement Technology to join an ambitious team focused on creating high-precision testing solutions for measuring devices. The core responsibilities involve coordinating entire work packages, spanning from initial hardware definition through to final user handover, and ensuring the smooth transition and continuous development of operational test systems. You will be instrumental in defining innovative testing strategies, verifying complex test systems, and developing automated test sequences. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Technology, possesses knowledge of RF measurement techniques, and has initial programming experience, preferably in C/C#. Success requires excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented approach, and fluency in both German and English.
