Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior Web/Fullstack Software Developer to join an agile team supporting a client in the research sector in Berlin. The developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle development and enhancement of a modern REST API-based web application. Daily tasks include designing and implementing backend logic, data models, and business processes, specifically focusing on functions for structured data collection, analysis, and visualization. A core responsibility is ensuring high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and static analysis, working closely with the Product Owner and the development team in an agile environment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, extensive professional experience in agile software development, and deep technical skills in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP (8+), and modern frameworks like Symfony/API Platform or Laravel.
