This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, working within a market-leading company focused on IT solutions and service management in Hechingen, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct IT support to customers, handling incoming calls, logging and assigning tickets for reported issues, and executing IT support tasks related to B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, as well as specific projects.
