Senior Business Applications Analyst | Senior Business Systems Analyst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a Senior Business Applications Analyst focused on driving the digital transformation towards climate neutrality within a leading international bio-refinery company. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, aligning, and documenting functional requirements from business departments, translating them into scalable solution architectures, and creating requirement specifications. The analyst will lead IT projects, manage stakeholders, and oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including UAT, Go Live, and continuous operational stabilization following ITIL principles. Key qualifications include a degree or equivalent IT training, multi-year experience as a Business/Systems Analyst and Project Manager, profound knowledge of Business Process Analysis, Requirements Engineering, and various Project Management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMI). The position requires strong analytical thinking, leadership mentality, and excellent communication skills to integrate new applications seamlessly into the existing infrastructure.
