Job Summary

This Senior Systems Expert role is pivotal in defining and managing the future cross-platform Lethality Concept, focusing on the optimal mix of effector systems. The professional will be responsible for coordinating and negotiating with customer representatives regarding effector requirements and system architectures. Key daily tasks include formulating high-level system requirements, decomposing them into specific subsystem requirements for various effectors, and preparing subcontracts for specialized effector experts. You will actively participate in Expert Working Groups and Project Reviews, ensuring the lethality strategy aligns with overall customer needs. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical degree, deep product knowledge across a broad range of effector systems (from tank cannons to C-UAV defense), and proven experience in system development processes. This position requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, hands-on mentality, offering a unique opportunity to shape critical defense architectures.
