Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Requirements Engineer, focusing on the documentation, elaboration, and management of requirements for both hardware and software components throughout the entire development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include coordinating and clarifying requirements with internal and external stakeholders such as development, testing, and system architecture teams. The successful candidate will maintain, track, and ensure the consistency of requirements, and support verification, validation, and review processes. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, foundational knowledge of embedded software development in C, and strong experience utilizing Requirements Engineering tools like DOORS or DOORS Next, preferably within a framework like the V-Model. The role is full-time, permanent, and based in Kassel, offering stability and challenging technical work.
