Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Civil or Traffic Engineer to take on construction management and site supervision responsibilities for challenging infrastructure and road planning projects across Northern Germany. Day-to-day tasks involve leading construction site operations, providing independent technical support for complex infrastructure initiatives, and managing the critical Service Phase 8 according to HOAI (German fee structure). A key component of the job is coordinating effectively with clients, various authorities, and specialized planners. To succeed, candidates must hold a university degree (Dipl.-Ing. or M.Sc./M.Eng.) in Civil or Transportation Engineering with an infrastructure focus, coupled with a minimum of three years of specialized professional experience in construction management. Proficiency in standard Office programs and specialized iTWO/AVA software is required.
