Job Summary

This leadership role involves the disciplinary and technical management of the IT Security Team, focusing on both Security Operations and Security Governance. The Head of the team will be responsible for building and developing the team, ensuring close cooperation with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and internal IT departments. Core duties include steering Security Operations, managing and advancing central security components, and consulting on IT projects. A critical part of the role is establishing and developing Security Governance, including defining standards, policies, risk management, ensuring audit readiness, and comprehensive reporting. Furthermore, the role involves advancing IT Business Continuity Management (BCM), securing effective processes for Incident Response, vulnerability management, and managing external service providers. Candidates must possess an IT-related degree, multi-year experience in IT/Information Security, proven leadership skills, and a strong technical understanding of IT architectures and security technologies like SIEM/EDR and network security.
