Business Unit Manager | Business Unit Leiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This is a high-responsibility leadership role reporting directly to the Division Management, focused on driving the economic success and strategic development of a Business Unit comprising approximately 80 employees within the energy infrastructure sector. The manager will proactively monitor market trends, strategically align the unit, and oversee long-term planning while maintaining technical direction. Key responsibilities include managing the Profit & Loss, supervising the project portfolio, ensuring timely invoicing, and enforcing safety and quality standards (VINCI Group requirements). The ideal candidate must possess several years of professional experience in construction-related project business, demonstrated leadership in technical and disciplinary management, and a proven track record in acquiring new clients and projects, and negotiating offers through to completion. This role requires an entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly communicative individual capable of building sustainable customer networks.
