This role is vital for ensuring flawless financial processes within a dynamic e-commerce business, focusing primarily on accounts payable management and comprehensive financial preparation. The specialist will be responsible for executing creditor accounting, preparing and executing all payments (including tax authorities and social security contributions), and managing administrative filings (BG, KSK, trade/business premises). A core function involves preparing complete documentation for monthly and annual closings and driving continuous process optimization, especially concerning international invoices and supplier relationships. Candidates must possess a university degree or commercial qualification (e.g., Tax Consultant or Financial Accountant) and a minimum of four years of operational experience in financial accounting, coupled with proficiency in specialized software like DATEV Unternehmen Online and Candis (or similar systems), alongside strong Excel skills.
