Job Summary

This role is perfect for a (Senior) Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365, focusing on implementing modern Cloud, Identity, and Workplace solutions for clients. Day-to-day activities involve balancing technical expertise with consulting skills, translating complex client requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You will act as the key interface between business departments, technical teams, and management, defining priorities and overseeing implementation from planning through support. Key tasks include managing Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Conditional Access, MFA, Governance, Security, Compliance), ensuring Identity & Access Management to third-party systems using protocols like SCIM, SAML, and OAuth/OIDC, and driving automation using the Power Platform, PowerShell, and APIs. The ideal candidate possesses deep professional experience in Microsoft 365 implementation and strong communication skills in both German and English to lead client workshops and explain technical content effectively.
