Job Summary

This role involves consulting energy supply companies on technical and process-related issues, focusing heavily on the digitalization of the energy transition. The consultant will be responsible for designing, modeling, and implementing business processes for energy suppliers, particularly within the market roles of grid and metering point operations, and leading customer workshops. A key part of the job is identifying efficiency potential, contributing to reorganization and restructuring efforts, and collaborating with IT experts to support the design and implementation of future IT systems (both cloud and on-premise). The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in economics, natural sciences, engineering, or computer science, coupled with practical consulting or project experience in the energy sector. Excellent German language skills (C1 level) are mandatory for effective client communication, along with familiarity with energy market regulations (e.g., BDEW, BNetzA) and SAP modules relevant to the energy industry.
