Job Summary
This critical role involves taking responsibility for ensuring smooth IT service operations, including the planning and provision of support for all IT services. The IT Service Manager will be instrumental in monitoring compliance with quality standards and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT issues and blockers. A significant part of the role is dedicated to the continuous optimization of processes, support structures, and service flows, requiring a structured and independent approach. Furthermore, the manager acts as the key interface between customers and internal teams, providing consultation and support, moderating regular customer appointments and service review meetings, and coordinating resulting tasks. Candidates should bring several years of experience in IT Service Management and a passion for developing modern IT service standards, potentially leveraging ITIL and DevOps knowledge, within the dynamic digital health sector.
