Job Summary

This role is a key position within the Construction Department, focusing on the technical and operational management of the company's retail locations in Berlin and Hamburg. The Facility Manager will assume active operator responsibility, overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and repair of technical systems, and managing all related contractors. Day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating recurring expert inspections, managing insurance claims, and actively supporting technical issues and emergencies. A significant part of the job involves managing construction and renovation projects from conception through to completion, and contributing to process optimization. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or trade background (e.g., Facility Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Electrical trade), coupled with initial experience in facility management, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel between the locations.
