Job Summary

This role involves leading diverse projects focusing on electrical systems within technical building services (TGA). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from developing technical proposals and concepts according to HOAI service phases to managing tendering and award procedures, including creating specifications. Day-to-day tasks include technical project control, change order management, and collaborating closely with the planning team to ensure successful project handover and quality control of planning services. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, coupled with professional experience in project or construction management of electrical systems. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, CAD, and project management software, and excellent communication abilities are essential for negotiating with clients and subcontractors and participating in site meetings.
