Job Summary

The Barnim Energy Participation Company (BEBG), a subsidiary of Kreiswerke Barnim GmbH, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Renewable Energy to drive the development and implementation of municipal energy projects in Eberswalde. This role is crucial for advancing sustainable energy generation, including the construction of PV systems, implementing district heating concepts, and expanding EV charging infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical design, supervision, and control of plant construction and operation, monitoring budgets and deadlines, conducting site inspections, and managing commissioning processes. The successful candidate will also act as a key contact for customers and project partners, conducting negotiations, and finalizing planning and service contracts. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering) and possesses strong project execution experience, excellent analytical skills, and a high degree of result orientation.
