Job Summary

This role places you within the Product Management & IT Fixed Network division in Cologne, where you will act as a key IT Analyst and Scrum Master supporting a dedicated Scrum team. Your primary focus will be the continuous technical development of the AAX platform, which serves as the technological backbone for broadband business processes. Day-to-day, you will guide platform development, design robust technical solutions alongside your team, and advise the business side and Product Owner on technical and functional matters. A critical part of the job is acting as the Scrum Master, fostering agile values, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and maintaining smooth information flow within the IT organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, particularly with Java, SOAP, REST, and CRM systems, coupled with extensive experience in agile methodologies and a background in software development projects.
