Job Summary
This role is for an IT Technician responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse system landscape. Day-to-day tasks involve processing support tickets according to strict SLAs, handling 1st and 2nd level support incidents, and escalating complex issues to specialized teams. The technician will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the service desk, and maintain asset data accuracy. A key part of the job is supporting IT projects and continuously optimizing operational processes and structures. The ideal candidate has experience in 1st and 2nd level telephone support, strong knowledge of Windows and Office environments, and advanced skills related to standard hardware. A Class B driver's license is required, and preference is given to candidates residing in the southern Hamburg area, which defines the customer territory.
