Job Summary

This role involves managing the central workflow management system, JobRouter, for a manufacturer of electrical measuring and control instruments. The IT Application Manager will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of the system, acting as the key interface between business departments and IT. A core part of the job is driving digitalization by gathering requirements from specialist departments, translating them into digital workflows, and ensuring implementation adheres to IT standards. Day-to-day tasks include proactively informing stakeholders about application changes, designing interfaces between JobRouter and other enterprise applications, and independently managing smaller development projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, initial professional experience in IT or application management, and strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with fluent German and good English proficiency.
