Job Summary

This critical role involves the comprehensive oversight of new construction and conversion projects, managing them from initial planning through final implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to project deadlines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include extensive cross-functional coordination and problem-solving with various stakeholders, including masters, group leaders, project engineers, and designers. A key focus is on proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with deviations from the target plan, as well as actively contributing to and moderating interdisciplinary project teams and workshops. The position requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, fundamental expertise in construction supervision or technical project handling, and proficiency with PPS systems and MS Office, ideally including MS Project. This role is ideal for a structured and analytical professional capable of transforming theoretical planning concepts into practical, site-specific solutions.
