The Research Associate will be responsible for developing innovative, forward-thinking ideas, conducting interdisciplinary experimental planning, and collaborating closely with scientific and technical staff. Key daily tasks include extensive literature research to translate academic findings into practical project ideas, and actively contributing to the creation and submission of research proposals. The ideal candidate holds a scientific university degree (preferably a PhD or near completion) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, possesses strong knowledge in organic chemistry, and has experience managing experimental research projects.
