Job Summary

This role involves providing Second-Level Support for complex software and system solutions used in mission and operational environments. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and resolving escalated incidents from First-Level Support, conducting detailed log file, backend, and system analyses to determine root causes, and implementing fixes. A key part of the job is collaborating closely with development and engineering teams to identify, reproduce, and evaluate software defects, and supporting the validation of fixes and new software releases. The position requires a technical background, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, and at least three years of experience in software or system support. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in ticket/documentation tools (like Jira/Confluence), and excellent communication abilities for technical coordination.
