Job Summary

This role is for an Embedded Systems and Compliance Engineer dedicated to shaping the future of digital locking technology by ensuring product reliability and adherence to international regulatory standards. The professional will actively support the Electronics and Firmware Development teams, focusing on expanding and maintaining lean, tailored development processes. Key responsibilities include defining requirements and providing technical recommendations for product changes to comply with regulations such as the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Day-to-day tasks involve optimizing design workflows, documentation standards, and release processes, acting as a central interface between development, QA, product management, and production. The ideal candidate brings experience in low-power embedded designs and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and process optimization, ensuring all products are technically sound and compliance activities are effective and traceable.
