Job Summary

This role involves working as a Quality Manager within the Quality Line Side/Equipment Assembly area for Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions through cross-functional teams, contributing to production safety by resolving quality defects quickly, and preventing Foreign Object Debris (FOD). Key daily tasks include conducting operational surveillance, relevant quality checks, monitoring delegated tasks against defined standards, and performing final checks and special inspections. The position requires a background in aviation mechanics or electronics, professional experience in quality management within the aerospace sector, familiarity with SAP, and the ability to work independently, structurally, and results-oriented in a 2-shift system. Strong communication, persuasiveness, and assertiveness are essential for collaborating with all levels of stakeholders.
