Job Summary
This role involves leading the Human Resources and General Administration team within the Green Spaces and Cemeteries division of the Ludwigshafen Municipal Services (WBL). The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the team, updating the staffing plan for the economic budget, and independently handling HR administration for approximately 110 permanent employees. Key responsibilities include advising employees and managers on labor law and HR management issues, handling organizational matters, creating job descriptions, and supporting the recruitment process. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant administrative qualification (such as a Certified Administrative Specialist or equivalent) and demonstrated professional experience in HR, preferably with leadership experience, along with strong legal knowledge and proficiency in standard office software like Word and Excel. Education
Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Angestelltenprüfung II) OR relevant vocational training (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, Tax Specialist) with the willingness to complete the Certified Administrative Specialist qualification (Angestelltenprüfung II)
Experience
