Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Service Manager in overseeing and executing technical services for building systems, focusing heavily on electrical engineering within the Facility Management sector. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, inspection, and repair work, conducting commissioning, and performing functional and safety checks on technical building installations. The Deputy Service Manager will be responsible for rapid fault analysis and repair, preparing quotes for maintenance work, ensuring service delivery, and handling preliminary invoicing. The ideal candidate must have a technical background as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, ideally with further qualification as a certified Technician or Master Electrician, coupled with experience in the service industry.
