Job Summary

This role involves high-level responsibility in preparing and executing annual fee negotiations with health insurance funds, requiring strong analytical and advisory skills. The consultant will independently prepare negotiation materials, advise the executive board on fee negotiations, and continuously analyze and monitor budgets, including managing early warning systems. Key duties also include applying fee distribution standards (HVM) in collaboration with the IT department, serving as the primary contact for practices regarding budget and HVM questions, and handling complex contractual legal issues (e.g., cooperation agreements, BMV-Z, SGB V). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in health or economics, professional experience in the healthcare sector, and deep knowledge of fee and budget systems in the contractual medical/dental field. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Health Sciences, Economics, or comparable qualification (e.g., Certified Specialist/Fachwirt)

Experience

  • Professional experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in social insurance or self-governance
  • Knowledge of fee and budget systematics in the contractual medical/dental sector
  • Experience in assessing complex remuneration structures
  • Negotiation experience (ideally)
