The City of Nettetal is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for E-Government to play a crucial role in the administration's digital transformation. This full-time, permanent position involves leading both specific and city-wide digitalization projects, ensuring the implementation of legal mandates such as the Online Access Act (OZG) and the NRW E-Government Act. Day-to-day responsibilities include project management (content, organization, and technical aspects), conducting procurement and economic feasibility studies, and driving process management to achieve efficient, user-centric, and media-break-free administrative services. Key qualifications include a degree in Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, or E-Government, coupled with deep knowledge of project management, change management, and a strong understanding of data protection and IT security. This role offers a long-term perspective with significant societal value in a vibrant team culture.
