Job Summary
This role is perfect for a meticulous and service-oriented technician focused on ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure, printing, and communication systems for clients in the Thuringia region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and near-hardware solutions. You will provide essential on-site and remote support, troubleshoot issues, and create clear, helpful technical documentation. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as an IT Systems or Information Electronics Technician, possesses strong technical understanding, and thrives in both internal workshop settings and regional field service environments. This full-time, permanent position offers structured onboarding within a supportive, family-run business, focusing on regional assignments without extensive travel across Germany.
