Job Summary
This part-time (50%) role as a Technical Consultant / Technician is vital for supporting the Personal Emergency Response System (Hausnotruf) services within the Rhein-Main-Taunus region. The professional will manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement, combining advisory services with hands-on technical work. Key responsibilities include planning and executing informational events, conducting detailed consultations both telephonically and on-site, and performing technical tasks such as device installation, programming, system checks, and maintenance. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working patiently with older adults, excellent German language proficiency, and good proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and ERP systems (UMO).
