Job Summary

This role involves supporting and managing the maintenance operations for highly automated logistics systems across WITRON's international client sites. The Project Manager will undergo a six-month intensive onboarding period within the Maintenance Center and related departments to fully understand relevant service processes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing long-term maintenance strategies, supporting the setup of new international locations, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal specialist departments, management, and customer teams regarding project status. Candidates must possess a background as an Electrician or Mechanic, supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, coupled with initial experience in project management and maintenance, ideally within automated environments. Strong technical affinity and a high degree of quality consciousness are essential for success in this demanding role, which requires approximately 50% international travel.
