This role involves actively shaping the future of building technology within an established, interdisciplinary engineering firm specializing in Technical Building Services (TGA), covering Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning and site management of projects, ensuring seamless coordination and supervision of execution on construction sites. You will serve as the central point of contact, liaising with clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors to guarantee projects adhere to strict quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints, guiding them from initial planning through to successful handover. Candidates should possess a completed technical qualification and a strong technical understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, coupled with team spirit and a solution-oriented work ethic.
