Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating complex high-voltage switchgear projects within the energy and engineering sector. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing technical activities, ensuring strict adherence to regulations, QA/QC guidelines, and performance standards, and maintaining project schedules. A key focus is intensive customer interaction, interpreting requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include monitoring progress, reviewing technical results, initiating corrective actions, and conducting quality assurance tests. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, possesses relevant experience in EPC projects for high-voltage systems and renewable/conventional energy generation, and demonstrates strong organizational and project management capabilities. Excellent German and good English skills are essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
