Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Workplace and Support Specialist based in Frankfurt to serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and manage IT workstations. Daily tasks include providing direct user support, managing the ticket process (creation and escalation), setting up and installing new IT workstations, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting on client systems, including software updates and backup/restore procedures. The specialist will also handle hardware orders, manage the myPrint printer landscape (including monitoring and technician coordination), support Microsoft Teams and meeting room media technology, and assist with IT relocations and cabling issues. Candidates must possess completed IT-related vocational training, several years of experience in IT Service/First-Level Support, and strong knowledge of areas like networking, storage, or OS integration.
