This role is for a versatile Facility Manager with a background as a qualified electrician, responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and safety of various properties in Munich and across Bavaria. Day-to-day tasks include conducting DGUV-V3 electrical safety inspections on company appliances and performing technical inspections at client sites, checking the functionality and condition of windows, doors, sanitary facilities, and kitchenettes. The role also involves verifying inspection labels on safety equipment like fire extinguishers and elevators, and assessing outdoor areas for damage or cleanliness. The ideal candidate is a proactive all-rounder with a strong technical understanding, capable of independent work and occasional travel.
