Job Summary

This role involves developing and commissioning analog electronic modules critical for the TELEPERM XS nuclear safety control technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full hardware development lifecycle: creating detailed requirements and design specifications, performing schematic designs, calculations, simulations, and designing EMC-compliant PCB layouts. The engineer will manage testing, coordinate technical activities with suppliers, and ensure high-quality documentation. A key leadership component involves taking technical project ownership in R&D initiatives and coordinating development efforts while actively contributing to process improvement. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses profound experience in analog circuit design, measurement technology, and power electronics, and is proficient in tools like PSPICE and ZUKEN CR8000. This is a unique opportunity to apply specialized electronics expertise in a high-tech, safety-critical industrial environment, requiring fluent German and good English communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Control Engineering, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in electronics development, hardware design, and schematic design

  • Experience in technical project leadership within R&D projects
  • Practical experience with EMC, PSPICE, and ZUKEN CR8000 (desirable)
