Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the full functionality of all building and operational systems, primarily focusing on electrical infrastructure, within the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Saarland (HWK). The successful candidate will act as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (vEFK), overseeing and executing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for all electrical equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include conducting DGUV V3 inspections, managing external contractors, and performing general upkeep of the premises. Qualifications require either a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or a state-certified Technician degree in Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong technical building management skills. This position offers a secure, full-time, permanent contract with flexible working hours, appealing to a service-oriented individual ready for shift work and on-call duty, who is dedicated to supporting member businesses.

Experience
- Successfully completed Master Craftsman examination in Electrical Engineering or State-certified Technician degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in testing electrical operating equipment and systems
- Knowledge in cross-trade disciplines (desirable)
- Professional experience in technical building management
