Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Master Electrician or equivalent (Technician/Engineer) to lead the Electrical Workshop team, focusing on elevating technological solutions for major industrial clients. The manager will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the electrical workshop staff, ensuring the operational safety of all electrical systems. Day-to-day duties include coordinating maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical installations, planning workshop activities, managing external contractors, and supporting new construction and revision projects. A key component of the role is staff development, including defining training content and conducting regular performance reviews. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in an industrial setting, deep knowledge of EU directives, PLC, drive, and control technology, and familiarity with automation systems like Siemens S7/TIA Portal, making this a pivotal leadership position in advanced electrical engineering.
