Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate, plan, and execute complex IT projects while providing critical support to the Project Management Office (PMO). Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous project controlling, encompassing the management of budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. The manager will also be responsible for essential PMO tasks such as risk management, planning and moderating workshops, and maintaining project information across systems like MS Project, SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira. Success requires certified knowledge in both classic and agile project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and a structured, reliable approach. Strong stakeholder management and fluent German communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across project and management levels, ensuring high-quality reporting and administrative efficiency.
