Job Summary

This role involves supporting one or more development teams in implementing efficient development processes within a global digital engineering consultancy focusing on AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to manage prioritized tasks, identify and remove external impediments, and ensure the team delivers increments on time and within budget. A key focus is on analyzing and reducing waste in the development process, fostering clear goal definition, and integrating customer feedback for continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate must possess fundamental experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in software development and DevOps environments, coupled with strong consulting skills, process optimization knowledge, and fluent German language proficiency.
