Job Summary
This role involves joining the IT team at Lebenshilfe Brakel, a non-profit organization supporting people with disabilities, focusing on maintaining and developing the digital infrastructure across six residential facilities, two special needs schools, and a youth residence. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT systems, including installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and hardware. Key daily tasks include providing 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and on-site, managing user accounts and permissions (Active Directory & Azure), and configuring workplace hardware and mobile devices. Candidates should possess a strong background in IT system administration, proficiency with Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts (LAN/WAN/WLAN). This position offers a full-time, salaried role with competitive public sector compensation (TVöD) and a focus on long-term, valued collaboration within a supportive team culture.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, Administration)
- Experience with common hardware (PCs, printers, notebooks, mobile devices)
